About Collen Maluleke

Collen Maluleke, born September 10, 1988 is a South African Christian Music Artist, Worship Leader and Singer/Songwriter. He is known for his Cross-Cultural Contemporary style of Christian Music that fuses elements from Gospel, Jazz, Rock & Reggae. Collen, usually credited as Collen & Vertical Experience/ VE, is a worship leader at House of Treasures Ministries in Rispark, South of Johannesburg, South Africa. “Collen is indeed gifted, but above that, he is gifted in God” Collen started his music career in 2012, when he founded the group Vertical Experience. Uncompromising in his approach to Praise and Worship, he has led thousands of souls to the throne-room of the Lord Jesus Christ, bringing and ushering the presence of God to many. Collen is indeed gifted, but above that, he is Gifted of God. Collen & VE have been blessed to minister alongside some of the Industry’s greats such as, Bishop TD Jakes; Bishop Eddie Long; Bishop Tudor Bismark; Dr. Juanita Bynum; Pastor Marvin Winans; Dr. Myles Munroe; Pastor Paula White; Donnie McClurkin; as well as some of South Africa’s top Gospel Artists. The group has acquired quite a good reputation be performing in Churches; Concerts and Conferences around Soweto; Greater Johannesburg & Pretoria. Their music had been well received in many other parts of the Country and is spreading to a wider audience. The demand for Collen & VE is quickly growing, this is evident in that the group has received numerous invitations around Africa and America to perform alongside the Ministers across the globe. Collen & VE released their debut album “Open Heavens” in October 2013. To Date the Album still invokes a Fresh & Joyous Spirit. Collen served as a Musical Director for Juanita Bynum Africa.
